The theme for this year's training forum is "People, Purpose, & Passion - It Starts With Us." We invite you to submit a proposal for our consideration as we begin the process of developing a dynamic line-up of programming opportunities to broaden the professional knowledge and skills of our membership.
As you consider your presentation submission(s), topics of interest include, but are not limited to, Diversity and Inclusion; Work-life Balance; Employee Mental Health and Awareness; Unconscious Bias; Employee Engagement; Conducting Effective Investigations/Other Labor Relations Topics; Employee Safety and Awareness; Leadership Skills; Strategic Planning; Organizational Culture; and Effective Communication.
